Job Description:Job DescriptionManagement of security personnel: Manage security personnel by selecting guards, preparing rosters, monitoring attendance, controlling overtime, educating on decorum, and maintaining record.Emergency response, Site security function and Management: Manage site safety by handling incidents, optimizing resources, controlling traffic, implementing safety norms, monitoring CCTV, and reporting findings.Man & Material Movement: Perform routine security checks, enforce gate entry procedures, proactively manage traffic congestion, and address any stray animals or snakes on the premises.Vigilance: Develop information sources for early issue detection, escalate critical matters promptly, and manage crowd control during emergencies.Training and development: Ensure security guards are trained in procedures, frisking, emergency response, and firefighting.Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders for effective security operations and compliance with company requirements.Go BackApply to JobRefer a friend
