Treasury Front Office Dealer – FX, Derivatives, Bullion & CommoditiesIndustry: Banking / Financial ServicesFunction: Treasury – Front OfficeExperience: 7–10 YearsLocation: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Treasury Front Office Dealer with strong hands-on exposure to Foreign Exchange (FX), Derivatives, Bullion and/or Commodities to join the Treasury function of a leading private-sector bank.The role will involve active participation in Treasury Front Office dealing activities, including market monitoring, pricing, execution and management of treasury transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets and experience working in a bank's Treasury dealing workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage Foreign Exchange (FX/Forex) transactions as part of the Treasury Front Office.Participate in pricing, dealing and execution of various FX products, including spot, forwards, swaps and other applicable instruments.Monitor domestic and international financial markets, currency movements, interest rates and other market developments.Manage and monitor trading positions and market exposures within defined risk and dealing limits.Handle derivatives transactions and support the bank's Treasury requirements across relevant derivative products.Undertake dealing activities related to Bullion and/or Commodities, wherever applicable.Analyse market trends and provide inputs for Treasury dealing and positioning decisions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams and other Treasury functions for smooth execution of transactions.Maintain awareness of market risks, liquidity conditions and factors impacting currency,



commodity and financial markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in Treasury transactions.Skills & Experience Required7–10 years of overall professional experience, preferably within Banking / Financial Services.Relevant experience in Treasury Front Office / Treasury Dealing within a bank.Strong hands-on experience in FX / Forex dealing, pricing and execution.Good understanding of Foreign Exchange markets and Treasury products.Exposure to FX and other financial derivatives.Exposure to Bullion and/or Commodities trading/dealing will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of market movements, currency markets and financial instruments.Ability to monitor market developments and make informed dealing decisions.Strong analytical and numerical skills with an understanding of market and credit risks.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, market-driven Treasury environment.Candidates with experience in private-sector banks or other established banking institutions will be preferred.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should be someone who has personally handled Treasury Front Office activities, including dealing, pricing and execution, and has meaningful exposure to financial markets.Experience across multiple products such as FX, Derivatives, Bullion and Commodities will be valued. Candidates with strong FX and derivatives experience, even if their exposure to bullion or commodities is limited, may also be considered based on the overall relevance of their Treasury Front Office experience.Female candidates are preferred for this opportunity.
