Job Description:Job PurposeJob Purpose DescriptionTo operate, set up, and maintain Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines to manufacture dies, components, and precision parts as per drawings, quality standards, and production targets while ensuring safety and machine care.1. Ensure Zero Fatal accidents in the work area.2. Accident Frequency Rate < 0.25, Accident Severityrate < 1003. Near miss and abnormality identification and do corrective actions within 7 days.4. Ensure 100% adherence to safety training to current employees before assigning responsibilities5. Ensure 100% investigation of incidents / near miss within 48 hours in the unit 6.
