We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Learning Technology Expert to join our Global Learning & Development Capability Team.In this role, you will support our learning transformation journey by managing and optimizing learning technologies, driving continuous improvements, enhancing the learner experience, and providing excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders globally. You will also explore new technologies and innovative approaches to learning, helping shape the future of learning at Tetra Pak.What you will doAs a Learning Technology Expert, you will:Manage and support existing learning technologies and learning solutions.Provide expertise on the current learning technology ecosystem and recommend best-fit solutions to meet business needs.Analyze technology release roadmaps and recommend enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities.Support the implementation, testing, rollout, and maintenance of learning technologies.Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve learner experience, engagement, and capability development.Explore and experiment with emerging learning technologies, tools, and innovative approaches.Support learning innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Create and enhance reporting solutions to address business and compliance reporting requirements.Provide support for learning events, conferences,



and capability-building initiatives.Collaborate with global teams across different regions and time zones to deliver impactful learning solutions.We believe you haveProfessional Experience6-10 years of experience working with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, or learning management systems.Strong understanding of learning ecosystems, digital learning tools, and learning technology trends.Experience supporting system implementations, releases, testing, and end-user support.Proven ability to work successfully in a global and geographically distributed environment.Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience creating reports, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making.Exposure to learning innovation, experimentation, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.Personal AttributesCurious and passionate about learning technologies and innovation.Continuously explores new tools, technologies, and ways of working.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable influencing and engaging stakeholders without formal authority.Robust team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.Able to work effectively across cultures, geographies, and time zones.Committed to continuous learning and personal development.Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or a related field.Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.Fluent in written and spoken English.
