As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, resolving tickets promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, focusing on support and maintenance.Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying your problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly.Perform system analysis, design, enhancements to meet business requirements and diverse interfaces.Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance utilizing SAP best practices.Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, considering dependencies and interface requirements.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures, emphasizing manufacturing intricacies and integration points.Lead the evaluation, selection, and configuration of SAP order to cash solutions to meet business needs.Utilizing SAP best practices to support and maintain our clean core initiative.Take charge of implementing preventive measures within the SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize business operations.Travel regionally or to other locations globally as and when need.What will make you successful?Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S4 Hana)
