Job Description

- Lead the Talent Acquisition function and manage a team of recruiters.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies across technical, scientific, commercial and corporate functions.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-hire roles including R&D;, scientists and domain specialists.
- Partner with senior business leaders and global stakeholders to deliver hiring objectives.
- Drive recruitment process excellence, employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Leverage data, analytics and hiring metrics to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
- Optimize utilization of ATS, HRMS and recruitment technologies.
- Build scalable hiring processes aligned with future growth requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:





- 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to specialized hiring environments.
- Strong track record hiring niche talent across scientific, engineering, manufacturing, industrial or related sectors.
- Experience engaging with international stakeholders and supporting global hiring requirements.
- Hands-on and data-driven approach with strong understanding of recruitment analytics and technology platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial workplace will be advantageous.
