Monitor key manufacturing metrics,



including Overall Equipment Effectiveness /(OEE/), scrap percentage, first/-pass yield, and labor productivity. Assist in new product introduction /(NPI/), process validation, pilot runs, and shop/-floor tooling/jig design verification Required Skills/: Robust technical background in core manufacturing operations /(machining, sheet metal, stamping, welding, casting, or assembly automation/).
Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, line balancing, cycle time analysis, and industrial safety compliance /(EHS/OSHA/).
