Production Incharge Manufacturing Process Optimization Job Description Who you are/: In order to meet daily, weekly, and monthly volume goals in line with the master production plan, lead and oversee shift/-wise manufacturing activities. Manage shift scheduling, attendance, workload distribution, and performance while keeping an eye on floor techs, production supervisors, and team leads.
Keep an eye on key manufacturing parameters such as scrap generation, direct labour efficiency, cycle times, yield, line speed, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness /(OEE/). In order to adhere to ISO, IATF, or industry/-specific standards, implement quality control procedures on the floor in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
Collaborate with maintenance engineers to carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, reduce unplanned equipment failures, and apply autonomous maintenance techniques. Lead shop/-floor Lean programs, implement Kaizen,



enforce 5S workplace organization, and reduce waste on all production lines.
Assure complete adherence to shop/-floor safety audits, PPE enforcement, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and Environmental Health and Safety /(EHS/) regulations. Use ERP/MES software to track production output, material consumption, and operational downtime.
