The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals.

What are we looking for? • Creativity and Design skills:

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to participate actively in brainstormingorideation sessions to bring in new ideas.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
- Attention to details is a must.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.
- Experience with web design, UXorUI principles, and motion graphics

Roles and Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end creation of graphics and media assets

- Design presentations, eLearning assets, UI elements, videos, and digital content
- Partner with Instructional Design, Technology, and Media teams
- Participate in ideation and creative concept development
- Independently manage multiple design projects
- Apply visual design best practices across typography, layout, color, and composition
- Stay current with modern design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies
- Relationships:
- Report to Media Lead
- Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.
