Job Description

- Own client, vendor, and commercial contracts end-to-end
- Advise on technology, privacy, TMT, RBI, SEBI, and FEMA matters
- Exposure to global markets across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
- Work directly with business leaders on strategic deals
- Opportunity to build legal frameworks in a leading Reg Tech company

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- LLB
- 3-5 Years of experience in commercial contracts
- Experience working with B2B SaaS/IT companies preferred.
- Strong understanding of contracts and compliance.
- Location: Mumbai
