- Lead the LAP business for West
- Drive sales team of about 40 professionals
- Reporting to the National Sales Head
- Drive sales and achieve targets for the Western region.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- 15+ years of sales in NBFCs & Banks driving mortgage or LAP business.
- Last 5 years in LAP business covering Prime LAP in NBFC is a must.
- Should have managed AUM of atleast 60 to 100 cr per month.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- To drive DSA and sales team to achieve the targets.
What's on Offer
