Job Summary:

Clinic Dermatech is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings, orders, inventory, and sales across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online marketplaces.
- Process online orders and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle product returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with marketplace representatives regarding account updates and promotions.
- Assist in planning online offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.




- Maintain product information and required platform documentation.
- Monitor marketplace performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams for daily operations.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
