Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Associates for retail stores in Bangalore. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, achieving sales targets, supporting store operations, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Experience in retail sales, especially eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, consumer electronics, or premium retail, will be an advantage.

Salary Structure

- 0–23 months of experience: ₹21,000–₹25,000 CTC per month
- 24 months or more: ₹27,000–₹35,000 CTC per month

Salary will depend on relevant experience and company eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Drive sales conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Handle billing, digital payments, and customer queries.




- Support inventory management and daily store operations.
- Maintain store presentation, product displays, and service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation preferred or required as per company norms.
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred.
- Two or more years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Experience as a Senior Sales Associate or Team Leader will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level or above), Hindi, and the local language.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Robust customer-handling, communication, and sales skills.

Training Details

Training Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Training Duration: 15–20 days

- One-time lunch provided during training.
- Training-related travel expenses covered as per company policy.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
