About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to drive Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum practices, and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products and platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Agile Scrum framework, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify and remove delivery blockers. Exposure to AI-driven solutions, tools, or products is highly desirable.

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software or enterprise-scale environments.
- CSM or PSM certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Agile Scrum framework.
- Experience managing web, application, or website-based products/platforms with a good technical understanding.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, vendors, business teams, and technology teams.
- Strong project/product management and delivery experience.
- Demonstrated innovative, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Proven experience identifying, tracking, managing, and resolving blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Positive understanding and practical exposure to AI-driven solutions, AI tools, or AI-based products.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,



and Retrospectives.
- Promote and implement Agile best practices across development teams.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement/grooming, prioritization, and story readiness.
- Ensure user stories have clear requirements and acceptance criteria before sprint execution.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and report Agile delivery metrics such as Velocity, Sprint Burndown/Burn-up, throughput, and delivery progress.
- Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across teams.
- Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and an Agile mindset.
- Work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Encourage innovative and solution-oriented approaches to improve team productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Support teams in identifying opportunities to leverage AI-driven tools and solutions where applicable.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
