Director of Finance

(Permanent - Full-time)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

Annual Salary : INR 24,00,000 - 38,00,000

About Role: Lead all finance operations for our manufacturing plant in India. You will handle cost accounting, compliance, reporting and alignment with our US HQ. Reports to: VP Finance, US HQ

Eligibility:

- Education: B.Com / BBA in Finance/Accounting. CA / CMA / ICWA / MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in Finance & Accounts, with 3-5 years as Director / Controller / Sr. Finance Manager in MNC / Manufacturing. Must have factory experience.
- The candidates must have Finance and Accounting experience.
- Experience in Tally and Quick books is mandatory.
- Technical: Expert in Indian GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Indian GAAP/Ind AS. Proficient in Tally, SAP / ERP, QuickBooks.
- Communication: Must have strong English communication skills.
- Other: Experience with US parent company, multi-currency, standard costing & variance analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & KPI tracking for c3India.
- Handle plant cost accounting - standard costing, variance analysis, margin improvement.
- Control inventory valuation, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Prepare ROI models for current machines, automation & expansion.
- Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and MIS reporting to US.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance - GST filing, refunds, TDS, Companies Act.
- Manage all audits - statutory, tax, internal audits.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, AP/AR & payroll.
- Build and enforce internal controls and finance policies.
- Lead and develop the local finance team.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
