Milestone Institute of Technology leading CAD institute in Andheri is looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, and support the admission process for our CAD and technical training programs.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ career goals, explaining suitable courses, following up with prospective students, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students and working professionals through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand the student’s educational background, career goals, and technical interests.
- Explain CAD and technical training courses, including course content, duration, fees, batch timings, and career opportunities.
- Recommend suitable courses based on the student's requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication until admission.
- Manage leads and maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team regarding batch schedules and course information.




- Assist students with the admission process, documentation, fee payments, and batch allocation.
- Meet monthly admission targets.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with students and provide support throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone and in person.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admissions is preferred.
- Experience in a CAD training institute, vocational training center, or education industry will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work toward admission and sales targets.
