Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager - Training & Placement
Location- Bengaluru
Placement Officer – Amity Global Business School- Bengaluru
- Coordinate placements and internships for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates and recruiters.
- Source new companies and coordinate recruitment drives and interviews.
- Handle student shortlisting, interview scheduling, offers, and joining.
- Conduct placement training, mock interviews, GDs, and career counselling.
- Maintain placement MIS, records, and reports.
- Organize corporate interactions, career fairs, and industry sessions.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets and student employment outcomes.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
