Role Summary: A Project Manager specializing in personal properties (or residential real estate projects) is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of property-related initiatives, including acquisitions, renovations, construction. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards, acting as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Feasibility: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and site reviews.

Budgeting & Financial Management: Create and manage annual budgets, forecast financial needs, control costs, and track expenses.

Construction & Renovation Oversight: Supervise on-site progress, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and manage contractors and subcontractors.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Select and negotiate with architects, engineers, contractors, and service providers.





Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports on, maintenance, and financial status for owners or stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience :

Experience: Proven experience in property management, residential leasing, or construction project management, usually 10+years.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of residential construction processes, building systems, and renovation techniques.

Education: BTech (mandatory) or Construction Management.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Qualified) or similar certification is often preferred.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and property management/scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Yardi)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
