We are looking for a proactive and confident Partner Onboarding Executive / Business Development Executive to build relationships with potential business partners and support the onboarding process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, partner onboarding, vendor acquisition, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in identifying and approaching recent vendors, service providers, merchants, or business partners is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in communicating with potential partners through various channels.
- Good relationship-building, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to clearly explain company services, requirements, and onboarding procedures.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools.

Qualification

- Degree or Masters in Travel & Tourism or Business Administration

Job Location - Alleppey , Kerala

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
