Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Ticketing & Reservation Staff member to handle flight reservations, ticketing, booking-related queries, and customer support. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Amadeus, and be able to handle bookings accurately and efficiently.

The selected candidate will be required to work in a night shift, supporting customers and handling travel-related booking requirements during designated working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle flight ticket reservations, bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, availability, and booking-related queries.
- Perform ticketing and reservation activities using GDS systems, especially Amadeus.
- Handle fare checking and provide suitable flight options to customers.




- Manage PNR creation, ticket issuance, amendments, and other booking-related activities.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners when required.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Provide timely and professional customer support.
- Handle booking issues and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Follow company procedures and airline policies related to ticketing and reservations.
- Provide customer support and respond to booking-related requirements during the night shift.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing and reservation.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems, with hands-on experience in Amadeus.
- Good knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation procedures.
- Positive understanding of fares, PNRs, ticketing, reissue, cancellation, and refund procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings/tasks.
- Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.
- Candidates with immediate joining availability are preferred.
