Acare is a home healthcare service provider offering professional home nursing, patient care, elder care, baby care, physiotherapy, and other healthcare support services.

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Team Lead to manage and guide our telecalling team, monitor daily calling activities, generate and convert customer enquiries, and ensure the team achieves its calling and business targets.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and manage the day-to-day activities of the telecalling team.
- Assign daily calling targets and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor team performance, call volumes, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-up with new and existing customer enquiries.
- Handle customer enquiries and support team members in resolving complex queries.
- Train and guide telecallers on communication, service explanation, customer handling, and follow-up techniques.
- Monitor call quality and ensure professional communication with customers.
- Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up and service confirmation.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding service availability, staff deployment, and customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of customer and lead information.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and coordinate with management when required.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, targets, and pending follow-ups.
- Develop effective calling and follow-up strategies to improve lead conversion.




- Ensure proper follow-up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed the service.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional standards within the telecalling team.
- Support management in improving customer acquisition and overall business performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or team handling.
- Previous experience as a Telecalling Team Lead / Team Leader / Senior Telecaller will be preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, hospital, staffing, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems.
- Ability to prepare and maintain daily and monthly performance reports.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills, leadership ability, and performance.
