About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, work on live hiring requirements, and develop practical skills across the end-to-end recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / HR / Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidates for relevant positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in meeting hiring targets and timelines.
- Support the team with day-to-day recruitment activities and hiring-related tasks.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate closure.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Freshers and candidates with no prior recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
