About the Role-
Plan, run and deliver projects across our full stack and blockchain products — internal builds and client engagements shipping to real users on Ethereum and other EVM networks.
You will coordinate closely with our engineering team, the Dubai office and our international client base, travelling to Dubai when the work requires it.

How This Role Works-
We are direct about this because it is not a paperwork-only project role.
You need to understand what the team is building- You do not need to write production code, but you must follow technical discussions, ask the right questions, and spot when an estimate or a plan does not add up.
Delivery is the core of the job- Most weeks are planning, tracking, unblocking and client communication. You keep projects moving and make sure nothing significant slips through the gaps
. You will be measured on outcomes- not on the number of meetings or reports — on whether projects ship on time, clients stay informed, and risks are raised before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities-
Delivery & Planning-
1) Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects — scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing and risk.
2) Break requirements into clear tasks and sprints with the engineering team; build estimates you can defend.
3) Run Agile / Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. 4) Track velocity, burn-down, defects and on-time delivery, and keep them visible to the team and leadership.
5) Manage change requests and keep scope under control.

Technical Coordination-
1) Work closely with full stack, blockchain, QA and DevOps engineers to translate business needs into technical tasks.
2)



Understand project architecture at a high level — frontend, backend, APIs, databases, smart contracts and deployments.
3) Coordinate releases, testing cycles, audits and handoffs between teams.
4) Maintain project documentation — requirements, specs, release notes and status reports.

Team Coordination -
1) Keep the team aligned on priorities and deadlines; remove blockers quickly.
2) Allocate work across team members and manage multiple projects at once.
3) Build a culture of ownership, accountability and clear communication.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement -
1) Act as the main point of contact for clients on status, blockers, schedules and deliverables.
2) Join solution walkthroughs and support effort estimation for new engagements.
3) Represent ScriptoFi at the Dubai office and in client meetings during travel.

Non-Negotiable Requirements-
This role needs both delivery discipline and real technical understanding. Both are mandatory.
1) Technical knowledge- You understand how software is built — SDLC, web and mobile applications, APIs, databases and cloud deployments. You can follow an engineering discussion, challenge an estimate and explain technical trade offs to a client without a developer in the room.

Proven project management experience- At least 5 years of total experience, with a track record of delivering technology projects on time and within scope. Coordination-only experience without delivery accountability does not meet this bar.
3. Dubai travel. You are comfortable travelling to Dubai whenever required, as per company requirements.

Required Skills-
1) Delivery — Agile / Scrum, sprint planning, estimation, velocity tracking; managing timelines, budgets and quality across concurrent projects.
2) Technical foundation — working knowledge of frontend (React / Next.js), backend (Node.js or similar), REST APIs, SQL / NoSQL databases.
3) Web3 awareness — basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, wallets, EVM networks and token standards (ERC-20 / 721).
4) DevOps awareness — Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and release processes.
5) Tooling — Jira / Linear, Asana, ClickUp or similar; Confluence / Notion; Google Workspace or MS Office.
6) Communication — excellent written and spoken English; confident with clients and senior stakeholders.
