About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead with expertise in React and Golang to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in full-stack development, microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and technical leadership. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, drive architecture decisions, establish engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and actively contribute to the codebase. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build innovative, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Golang.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems for cloud-native platforms.
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.




- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly frontend applications using React and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and optimize backend services using Golang and RESTful API architecture.
- Design and implement secure, high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX teams, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards, engineering guidelines, and development best practices.
- Drive platform performance optimization, system reliability, observability, and security initiatives.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to deploy and manage applications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Contribute to architecture modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
- Support database design, optimization, and efficient data management strategies.
- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical roadmaps, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and up-to-date frontend development practices.
- Extensive hands-on experience in backend development using Golang.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices-based applications.
- Experience building cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices.
- Robust understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, resilience, and fault tolerance principles.




- Experience building and managing event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication models.
- Strong database design, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning experience.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and production support processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and modern product engineering environments.
- Ability to influence architectural decisions and lead cross-functional teams successfully.
