Job Description

MasterKart is a manpower consulting company specializing in providing skilled and reliable hospitality professionals to hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, and other hospitality establishments.

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base, generate business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with hospitality businesses.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and resorts.
- Generate leads through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Promote MasterKart’s manpower consulting and hospitality recruitment services.
- Contact prospective clients and explain the company’s services.
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Coordinate service agreements, client confirmations, payments, and candidate deployment.
- Maintain client databases, lead records, and follow-up reports.




- Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
