Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Operations Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors to track order status, production progress and expected delivery dates.
- Have knowledge of procurement from vendors as per product specifications and production requirements.
- Identify and develop new vendors for raw materials and products.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure materials and products are ready and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order requirements, approvals, status and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design and other concerned teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with the Design team for artwork, branding and required approvals.




- Clearly communicate order specifications and requirements to vendors.
- Track orders from confirmation through dispatch and final delivery.
- Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with the concerned teams and vendors to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain order tracking reports, vendor details and regular status updates for internal teams and management.

Skills Required

- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and vendor-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of purchase and order processing.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to timelines and order details.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
