Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive to promote our educational programs through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. The primary responsibility is to effectively communicate with potential students and parents, convince them about our programs, and generate maximum qualified leads within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits across the assigned location and nearby areas.
- Meet potential students, parents, and customers face-to-face.
- Introduce and explain our educational programs, courses, and opportunities effectively.
- Engage and convince potential customers through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Generate maximum qualified leads through direct customer interactions.
- Identify new customer segments and potential lead-generation opportunities within the assigned area.
- Collect accurate customer and lead information and coordinate with the Sales/Admissions team for further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, customer interactions, and leads generated.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of the local area will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.

Salary & Advantages

- Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered based on experience, skills, and current market standards.
