About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Student Affairs Counsellor to provide academic, personal, social, and career guidance to students and support their overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Handle student grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide students regarding academic, personal, behavioural, and career concerns.
- Coordinate with students, parents, faculty, and administration.
- Conduct orientation, counselling, and student development sessions.
- Organize workshops on communication, confidence building, stress management, and career awareness.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and MIS.




- Monitor student progress and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Support student welfare, engagement, and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement team for career guidance.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Education, Management, or a relevant field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Student Affairs, Counselling, Student Support, or Higher Education.
- Strong communication, counselling, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and student MIS systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
