Job Description Project Associate for Early Childhood Development (ECD), Nanded Position Overview: The project associate for Early Childhood Development at Muktangan Education Trust will oversee the implementation of the organization's educational program in the Nanded district. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting training workshops, coordinating with schools and Anganwadis and ensuring program effectiveness through monitoring and evaluation. Reporting To: Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities Areas: ●Organize and coordinate training workshops for AWW and school teachers in collaboration with key stakeholders. ●Conduct training sessions for Angwanwadi workers and local school teachers. ●Establish communication channels with participating schools and Anganwadis to share best practices. ● Liaison with ICDS department and school education department for project implementation as necessary. ●Build strong relationships with government administrative and program personnel at District level. ●Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback. ●Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework. ●Leada teamofMuktangan Fellows, assign tasks, and resolve challenges. ●Maintain clear communication within the team. ●Allocate resources effectively. ●Documentproject activities and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. ●Support content creation with local context and Marathi translation. ●Facilitate meetings with various stakeholders to drive program success. Frequently required to travel within Nanded district, and occasionally to other parts of Maharashtra Note: This role plays a vital part in transforming early childhood education, impacting student lives and community development.

Required Competencies: ● Strongcoordination and school-level implementation skills.



● Proficiency in Marathi (oral and written) is essential. ● GoodEnglishorHindi speaking and reading skills are desirable. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively. ● Strongorganizational and project management skills. ● Proficiency in IT, including MS Office and G-Suite applications is desirable. ● Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. ● Understanding of government regulations and policies related to education in Maharashtra. ● Commitmenttoeducational improvement and community development. ● Problem-solving and creative thinking skills. ● Ability to thrive in a challenging work environment. ● Familiarity with Nanded district and local dialects is essential ● Basiccomputerproficiency, including: ○ MSExcel/GoogleSheets ○ GoogleForms ○ Gmailandemailcommunication ○ Microsoft Office ○ Basicdocumentation and reporting ● Gooddocumentation andreport-writing skills. ● Willingness to travel within the districts of Nanded as per the requirements Success in this role requires a combination of flexibility, adaptability, patience, compassion, and a solid can-do attitude. These qualities are essential to meet the diverse challenges of the position Educational Qualification & Years of Experience: ● Bachelor's degree (mandatory), preferably in Elementary or Child Education. ● Master'sdegree in education, humanities, management, or science (preferred, not mandatory).
