Core Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, hand out fresh towels, and help arrange pool loungers, cushions, and umbrellas.
- Safety & Monitoring: Enforce pool and facility rules, monitor swimmers, and respond to emergencies.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the pool deck, shower rooms, and restrooms clean and free of trash or used towels.
- Equipment & Water Care: Assist with basic water testing, manage towel inventories, and report maintenance or chemical issues.
- Additional Support: Handle lost and found items and occasionally assist with poolside food and beverage orders or events.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma
- Experience: Prior hospitality or resort customer service experience is preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in high heat or varying weather, stand for long periods, and lift heavy pool furniture or supplies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
