Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 10 years of total experience in jewellery manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager or equivalent senior quality leadership role.

- Develop, implement and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures and quality control systems across jewellery manufacturing operations.
- Ensure quality compliance at every stage, from raw materials and components to work-in-progress and finished jewellery.
- Establish inspection checkpoints and ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, samples and customer requirements.
- Monitor and control defects related to diamonds, gemstones, gold, casting, setting, polishing, finishing and final product appearance.
- Identify recurring quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Reduce rejection rates, rework, repair costs and customer complaints.
- Work closely with Production, Casting, Pre-Casting, Diamond Setting, Polishing and other relevant departments to improve product quality.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality consistency.
- Lead, train and develop the quality assurance and inspection team.
- Monitor key quality metrics such as first-pass yield, rejection percentage, rework percentage and customer complaint rates.
- Ensure stringent final inspection before jewellery dispatch.
- Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Verify product quality, finishing, stone setting, workmanship and conformity to approved specifications.
- Support internal and external quality audits and customer inspections, where required.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery inspection methods, defect identification, root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Positive analytical, communication, coordination and decision-making skills.
- Experience in diamond-studded gold jewellery manufacturing.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
