About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage leadership hiring, lateral recruitment, and campus hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end recruitment experience and be comfortable handling senior-level hiring as well as campus recruitment drives across premier institutions.

Candidates with experience in a reputed MNC or large corporate environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Senior-Level Hiring

- Source candidates for senior, leadership, and critical positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior and leadership talent.
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, coordination, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.

Lateral Hiring

- Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment across junior, mid, and senior levels.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates based on skills, experience, stability, and overall role fit.
- Build candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and recruitment consultants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Campus Hiring

- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives at Tier-1 institutions such as IITs, NITs, and other premier engineering/management colleges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with placement cells, faculty coordinators, and student bodies.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments,



group discussions, interviews, and final selections.
- Manage campus hiring calendars for interns and freshers.
- Coordinate PPO conversions and onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top campus talent.

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth offer-to-joining conversion.

Mandatory Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR – Mandatory
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in senior-level and leadership hiring.
- Hands-on experience in lateral hiring and campus recruitment.
- Experience conducting campus drives at IITs, NITs, or similar premier institutions.
- Solid end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in a reputed MNC or large corporate environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period preferred.
- Willingness to work from Noida and travel for campus recruitment drives when required.

Preferred Profile

- Experience working in a structured MNC/corporate recruitment environment.
- Strong exposure to leadership, lateral, and campus hiring.
- Established relationships with IIT/NIT and premier college placement cells.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, hiring MIS, and rep.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
