Cepoch, multi-national IT services firm delivering AI, application development, cybersecurity and data engineering. We're expanding our recruitment team in Chandigarh.

The role
You'll own end-to-end recruitment of IT and AI professionals in India and manage HR operations for our Chandigarh team, working directly with our US leadership.

Roles you'll recruit for

- Application development: Java, .NET, Python, full-stack, mobile, QA and DevOps.
- Infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity: network, cloud and systems engineers; security analysts and architects.
- Contact center technology: Genesys Cloud developers and consultants.
- AI and data: AI/ML, GenAI/LLM, data engineers and data scientists.

What you'll do

- Source and screen candidates on Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, plus referrals and your own network.
- Build relationships with local HR managers, agencies and training institutes to keep a steady pipeline.
- Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach and job posts, with human review.
- Assess technical depth and verify skills, certifications, employment dates and English.
- Manage interviews, offers, negotiation and notice periods.




- Prepare candidate summaries for US client submissions and keep the ATS and weekly reports current.
- Run HR operations for the Chandigarh team: onboarding, documentation and policies.

Requirements

- 5+ years of IT recruitment with HR management exposure.
- Master's degree preferred (MBA HR or equivalent); experience matters most.
- A solid local network in Chandigarh and the region: HR managers, agencies and tech communities.
- Strong skills with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
- Comfortable using AI tools for recruiting.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Dedicated, reliable and easy to work with.
- Available to work late evenings and weekends as required, for urgent requirements.
- A good following on LinkedIn or other professional social media.
- US staffing or contract-to-hire experience - desired

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
