Job Title: Sales Engineer

Salary: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹5 LPA)

Job Summary

To drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, providing technical sales support, developing robust customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products and solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor business performance against defined objectives.
- Promote the company’s products and solutions through customer visits, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports,



and marketing performance reports.
- Support new product development, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Guide and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Identify and recommend potential customers, dealers, distributors, and new business partners.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Salary

Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹5 LPA), depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
