Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales team, acquire new clients, build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of 2–3 Sales Executives.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
- Identify potential clients across manufacturing, healthcare, jewellery, hospitality, retail and other industries.
- Build partnerships with business associations, CA firms and industry networks.
- Handle client meetings, proposals, negotiations and deal closures.
- Monitor sales performance, conversions, revenue and payment collections.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines and regular performance reports.




- Identify cross-selling opportunities for website development and digital marketing services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in team management or mentoring.
- Digital marketing, website development or IT services sales experience preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Compensation

Salary as per experience and industry standards, plus performance-based incentives.
