Job Description:
Hotel Sugar is looking for experienced Commi 2 and Commi 3 to join our kitchen team immediately.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience
- Experience in Chinese or South Indian cuisine
- Valuable knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a professional kitchen team
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking
- Support senior chefs in kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Ensure consistent food quality and proper portioning

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Food & Accommodation: Provided
