JOB DESCRIPTION – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor material availability, and ensure that work is completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering, or a relevant construction-related qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and site activities.
- Experience in coordinating workers, contractors, and material suppliers.
- Ability to monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure that construction work is completed according to the project schedule and deadlines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor the timely delivery and availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain records of material receipts, usage, stock, and wastage.
- Ensure that workers and contractors follow the approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and report defects or deviations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, applicable municipal regulations, safety requirements, and construction quality standards.




- Ensure that workers follow proper safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regarding work completion, delays, and site requirements.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.
- Monitor labor attendance, work allocation, and productivity.
- Coordinate material requirements in advance to avoid delays in construction activities.
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, material records, and work progress details.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material estimation, and quantity measurement.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to identify construction defects and report technical issues to the concerned engineer.

Salary Package

₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month
