Location: Faridabad / On-site

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.

* Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates.

* Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

* Achieve monthly joining and closure targets.

* Guide junior recruiters and support the team in meeting targets.

* Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring requirements.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of recruitment/placement consultancy experience.

* Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

* Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
