About AD Interio

AD Interio is an architecture and interior design firm based in Dehradun, working across residential, commercial and hospitality projects. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert current business opportunities for architecture and interior design projects.
- Handle incoming leads from Google, Meta, website, referrals and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, budget and project scope.
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings/site visits with the design team.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share basic project/service information and coordinate quotations with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, construction or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Confident in making sales calls and handling client meetings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
- Candidates from Dehradun and nearby cities will be preferred.
