Editorial Head – Work From Home

We are looking for an experienced Editorial Head to lead our editorial team for a growing US-based media company. The role involves managing interns and journalists while overseeing the complete editorial, content, and digital publishing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of journalists, writers, and editorial interns.
- Oversee daily editorial operations, content planning, and publishing.
- Review, edit, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all content.
- Manage news coverage, articles, features, and digital content.
- Develop editorial calendars and content strategies.
- Ensure timely publication across website and digital platforms.
- Guide the team on research, writing, fact-checking, headlines, and storytelling.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with social media, SEO, and marketing teams.




- Stay updated on US news, trends, digital media, and publishing practices.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital journalism, editorial management, publishing, or media.
- Previous experience managing writers, journalists, or interns.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital publishing, social media, SEO, and content management systems.
- Strong editorial judgment, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
