Job Timing - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days- Monday to Saturday / 2nd and 4th Saturday Off.
Key Responsibilities

1. Export & Import Documentation

- Prepare and verify accurate shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), Bills of Lading (BL) drafts, Air Waybills (AWB), and Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI).
- Handle specialized pharma and regulatory declarations such as COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and country-specific labeling instruction verifications.
- Coordinate post-shipment document flows, bank submissions (for Letter of Credit / LC or direct collections), and realization tracking (eART/eBRC generation).
- Manage complete documentation checklists for import consignments (Bill of Entry verification, high-sea sales if any, and duty assessment papers).

2. CHA & Freight Forwarder Coordination





- Coordinate daily with CHAs for timely filing of Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry on the ICEGATE portal.
- Obtain freight quotations, negotiate cost-effective rates with forwarders/shipping lines (air/ocean/courier), and process booking requests post-approval.
- Monitor cargo movement from factory dispatch, port handling, custom examination, up to final vessel/flight departure.
- Resolve customs queries, cargo hold-ups, or documentation discrepancies proactively with freight forwarders and port authorities.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

- Ensure strict adherence to Indian Customs regulations, Foreign Trade Policy (DGFT), and international Incoterms.
- Support internal audits by maintaining systematic, audit-ready physical and digital records of all import/export transactions.
- Keep abreast of changing export-import procedures, pharma-specific trade compliance, and incentive schemes (e.g., RoDTEP).
