We’re Hiring: English & Public Speaking Trainer – Kids

Employment Type: Full time / Part-Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and creative English & Public Speaking Trainer to work with children and help them develop strong English communication, confidence, public speaking, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with kids and be able to make learning interactive, engaging, and fun.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English communication classes for children.
- Develop students’ spoken English, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Conduct interactive Public Speaking and Presentation Skills sessions.
- Train children in Debate, Group Discussions, Extempore, Elocution, and Speech Delivery.
- Conduct Storytelling, Role Play, Conversation Practice, and Creative Speaking activities.
- Help students overcome stage fear and develop confidence and self-expression.
- Encourage children to express their ideas, opinions, and thoughts clearly.
- Organize mock debates, presentations, speeches, and other communication activities.
- Improve students' body language, voice modulation, articulation, and overall presentation.




- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/students when required.
- Create a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment for children.
- Deliver classes effectively in both online and offline formats.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with children/students will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of debate, storytelling, speech, and communication activities.
- Energetic, patient, creative, and comfortable interacting with children.
- Ability to make classes interactive rather than purely lecture-based.
- Comfortable conducting both online and classroom sessions.
