We are looking for an Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable UG/PG programs based on their academic background, career goals, and interests.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling: Understand students’ requirements, academic profiles, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Program Guidance: Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, duration, university details, and learning process clearly.
- Query Handling: Address student queries related to courses, admissions, documentation, examinations, and other academic processes.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up with interested students, understand their concerns, and assist them throughout the decision-making process.
- Admission Support: Guide students through the application, documentation, and enrollment process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, counselling discussions,



follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards assigned counselling and admission targets while maintaining a student-focused approach.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Admissions, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend relevant education options.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
