About Bizzzauto

We build custom business systems for small and mid-sized businesses: lead automation, CRM, WhatsApp automation and owner dashboards. Our average deal is ₹40,000. Our Meta ads bring in business owners every day, and we need closers to convert them.

What you'll do

- Call inbound leads within minutes. Every lead shows up in your dashboard. No cold calling, no lead hunting.
- Run a discovery call to understand the owner's business problems
- Book and run a 30-minute demo with a deck built for that business
- Close on the demo call and collect the advance
- Keep every lead updated in the system: status, next step, date

What you must have

- 1 to 3 years in telesales or field sales (insurance, edtech, real estate, telecom, SaaS or similar)
- Experience selling a ₹20,000+ ticket to a business owner or individual
- Fluent Tamil and good spoken English. Hindi is a plus.
- Strong objection handling. You know what to say after "too costly" and "I'll think about it."
- Your own laptop and a stable internet connection
- Based in Chennai, comfortable working from our office and remotely

Not for current college students or freshers.





You don't need to be technical. We train you on the product and give you the scripts, decks and materials.

Pay

- ₹15,000 fixed + ₹4,000 per closed sale (10% of the deal), no cap
- 10 sales a month = ₹55,000
- 20 sales a month = ₹95,000
