Pixel Media is looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and maintaining AV and event production materials and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have positive coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain proper stock control.
- Receive and verify incoming materials, equipment, and accessories.
- Issue materials and equipment to production/event teams as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and material movement records.
- Track incoming and outgoing AV equipment, LED panels, sound equipment, lighting, trussing, cables, tools, and accessories.
- Prepare material issue/return documentation and ensure proper handover.
- Check equipment condition before dispatch and after return from events.
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, Sound, LED, Visual, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, storage, and safe handling of equipment.
- Identify damaged, missing, or faulty materials and report them to the concerned department.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials for events and projects.
- Monitor consumables, tools, spare parts,



and other warehouse requirements.
- Support stock audits and prepare inventory reports for management.
- Ensure materials are dispatched and returned within the required timelines.
- Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or event equipment handling preferred.
- Experience in an AV, event production, LED, sound, lighting, or similar industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading and handling equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and during events when required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
