Job Summary

Job Description - Transformation-Security SME L3 Technology: Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Qualys, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR), Entra ID, PKI, Azure Policy, and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Security Management (EPS & EDR): Provide expert day-to-day administration and architectural support for endpoint security software, primarily Trend Micro Deep Security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), and CrowdStrike. • Vulnerability & Compliance (Qualys): Design and implement policy compliance controls utilizing Qualys. Onboard and offboard new OS flavors to ensure adherence to strict security standards. • Security Automation & API Integration: Leverage APIs, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and automation tools to streamline policy compliance checks and generate complex client reports. • Threat Response & Hardening: Ensure all security incidents are investigated, effectively addressed in a timely manner, and proactive measures are applied to harden enterprise workstations and servers. • IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Apply conceptual GRC knowledge to understand risk prioritization, helping the business prioritize critical remediation efforts based on active threat landscapes. • Roadmap & Vendor Management: Stay current with industry developments, recommend cutting-edge security solutions, and maintain relationships with security vendors for specialized consultation. • Analytics & Reporting:



Deliver advanced reporting and analytical support on information security trends, compliance status, and platform health to senior stakeholders. 1.2 Must have Skills: Technical: • 10+ years of IT experience with deep, hands-on technical background working on core Security tools in a massive enterprise environment. • EDR/EPS Expertise: Master-level administration of Trend Micro Deep Security (DSM), alongside strong capabilities in MDE and CrowdStrike. • Vulnerability Management: Extensive experience with Qualys Policy Compliance and Vulnerability Management modules. • Scripting: Sound knowledge of API integration and scripting languages to automate security baselines and reporting. • Multi-OS Security: Strong knowledge of securing and hardening diverse operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). Non-Technical • ITSM & ITIL Execution: Deep experience in ITSM processes (Change Management, Incident/Problem Management). ITIL V3/V4 Foundation is a must. • Risk Prioritization: Exceptional ability to analyze vulnerability data and prioritize remediation efforts based on actual business risk. • Project & Program Management: Strong project management skills combined with analytical reporting to drive large-scale security transformations. • Technical Writing:



Exemplary documentation and technical writing skills to produce high-quality architectural deliverables, SOPs, and assessment reports. 1.3 Good to Have Skills: • Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and identity encryption standards. • Strong conceptual knowledge of multi-cloud architectures (Azure/GCP). • Experience in conducting competitive analysis for technical security solutions. 1.4 Soft Skills: • Customer Service Passion: Outstanding customer service orientation with a proactive passion to serve and protect the enterprise. • Data Presentation: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for advanced data slicing and reporting. • Flexibility: Readiness for on-call and weekend availability as needed during critical security incidents or transformation cutovers.

Skill Requirements

Endpoint & VM Tools: Trend DSM Certification, Microsoft MDE Certification, Qualys Certified Specialist. • Security Foundations: CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent like CISSP/CISM). • Cloud Platforms: Cloud certifications in Azure or GCP. • Process: ITIL Foundation, • OS Level: Windows and Linux OS related certifications.
