Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive – Fresher to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for market visits, dealer/distributor coordination, lead generation, customer relationship management, and supporting the team in expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Visit and coordinate with dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors and other channel partners.
- Generate new leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Collect market feedback regarding product demand, pricing, competitors and customer requirements.
- Support the team in primary and secondary sales activities.




- Assist in organizing plumber meets, dealer meets, product promotions and other marketing activities.
- Promote company products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain daily market visit reports, lead reports and customer follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order follow-up, dispatch and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market updates to management.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business-development targets.
