HIRING FOR "TELECALLING CUM DATA ENTRY".
Experience: 0-1 Year
Qualification: Any Degree
Skills:
- Good in English communication.
- Basic computer system knowledge.
- Good typing speed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Maintain and update candidates records in spreadsheets.
- Enter data into ERP Software.
- Follow up with candidates on a day-to-day basis .
- Maintain daily call and data entry reports.
- Be flexible to handle team coordination.
- Need good communication skills for handling customer calls.
- Basic knowledge of PPT, Excel, spreadsheets, Word, and email composition.
