Sales Head – Chhattisgarh

Job Location: Chhattisgarh – responsible for all school locations across the state

Salary: The salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills and suitability for the role.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete sales and admission operations across Chhattisgarh.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and revenue.
- Set sales and admission targets for different locations and teams.
- Build, manage and motivate the sales and admission teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Identify current markets, locations and opportunities for school expansion.
- Develop strong relationships with parents, communities and other relevant organizations.
- Plan and oversee promotional and admission campaigns across the state.
- Regularly review enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and admissions.
- Analyse sales performance and take necessary actions to improve results.




- Conduct regular meetings with teams and provide guidance and support.
- Prepare and present sales and admission reports to the school management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and school teams to achieve overall admission goals.
- Travel across Chhattisgarh as required to monitor and manage operations.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development experience.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Experience in education, admissions or a similar field will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Good understanding of the Chhattisgarh market.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
