Job Opening – Project Coordinator (Construction Background Preferred)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with good knowledge of construction activities to support our mall construction project.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete project records and documentation.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Track site progress and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain material, manpower, and work-progress data.
- Follow up on project timelines and pending activities.
- Manage project-related MIS and reports in Excel.
- Support management with project updates and coordination.

Required Knowledge

- Basic understanding of construction processes and site activities.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, excavation, and general construction terminology.




- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate project data and reports.

Preferred Profile

- Diploma/B.Tech (Civil) OR candidates with relevant construction industry experience.
- Experience in project coordination, documentation, MIS, or project administration preferred.
- Freshers with strong construction knowledge may also apply.
